zk568 may, at its discretion or as required by its international licence obligations, request that a Member complete a KYC verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits are credited to a Member's account upon confirmation of receipt by zk568's payment processing systems. zk568 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own service charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Members may close their own account at any time by contacting zk568 support via live chat or email. Upon account closure requested by a member, any remaining real money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 5 business days.
Where an account is closed by zk568 due to a breach of these Terms, the forfeiture of balances is at zk568's discretion and shall be communicated to the member with a statement of the reasons for closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk568 holds its international gaming licence.
